Each guest is served a fully dressed 12-inch shrimp po'boy layered with premium Red Hook beer-battered shrimp, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, pickles, and our signature house-made spicy mayo crafted with Kewpie mayo and Franks RedHot. Served alongside crispy Wagyu Beef Tallow fries, fresh lemon wedges, and house tartar sauce, every detail is designed to deliver a rich indulgent coastal dining experience. Prepared fresh throughout service and designed for high-volume hospitality without sacrificing quality, this experience blends elevated comfort food with chef-driven execution and polished presentation. Additional guests may be added through the expanded guest section, while signature upgrades including onion rings, milkshakes, special sides, and curated add-ons are available to further elevate the experience.
